Jonathan Tarleton

Jonathan Tarleton is a writer, a researcher, an urban planner, and an oral historian who specializes on affordable housing and development. He has worked with the Boston Housing Authority, the Brooklyn Historical Society, and the online magazine Urban Omnibus, for which he served as editor in chief. He has received awards and funding from the Oral History Association, the American Planning Association, and the Sasaki Foundation, and has lectured at NYU’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute and Wagner School of Public Service. He holds a master’s degree in urban planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
